Zeeshan Ali is a seasoned and result oriented professional having more than 24 years of experience in Human Resource Management, General Administration and leading other Support Services Departments. During his professional career, he has worked on and led various strategic initiatives related to Organizational Restructuring, Digitalization, Policies, Procedures, Compensation Framework, People & Culture, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Diversity, Strategy & Structures, HR Policy, Engagement and Capability Development, Performance Management and Capacity Building. He also assisted leadership teams in creating a diverse and collaborative working environment by promoting a common understanding and commitment to the company’s mission enabled through meaningful Human Capital strategies. During his overall career, he has held several leadership positions as Group Head, Senior General Manager, General Manager & Sectional Head in the leading Public Sector and Private Sector Organizations. He has also served for different foreign funded project with different Ministries of Government of Sindh as well as with renowned International Teams like UNICEF, Asian Development Bank (ADB), Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), The French Agency for Development (AFD) and the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
